Quite a bit smaller than our house we are renting, but this is a positive move, trust me.

I’m a little torn on the new place. We are moving next month. It’s going to add about 10-15 minutes to my daily commute and is smaller. Smaller is what we needed, but I’m just not as excited about moving this year.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a really really nice townhouse. It’s brand new, noones lived in it. It comes with a washer and dryer, granite counters and all upgraded appliances.

Did I mention it’s 3 miles from the back entrance to Magic Kingdom?
